Tarja all the way. But Annete doesn't sounds bad either. We just have to give her a chance. I really liked the last Nightwish album Dark Passion Play. Tarja voice is unique. And if u like rock i could recommand u to listen the only Romanian online rock station : RockFM. www.rockfm.ro
i like Nightwish with Tarja alot... but tbh Annete has no voice... from how they ware and they ware unique... they become like the others... nothing new under the sun... comon... with Tarja on the stage... was OMG... and she has a great voice... i managed to see her in a solo concert... in Romania.... great great voice... there is not way to compare her voice with Annete And Tommcat where are you from ? i mean where are you from Romania.. i am romanian too Alba Iulia here )

Hmm, can't say I have heard anything like this in a while. To me its similar to Iron Maiden in sounds, but with a more operatic style of singing (probably because it's a female singer) but the guitar riffs are very similar in style to Iron Maiden imo, which is good. Might need to download some of this stuff. Do they have albums that are heavier than others or is it all of a similar style ?
