Was thinking about doing it a couple of weeks ago but you're going to need a pretty strong rig by your tv, right? I guess you could do something with hdmi cat5 extenders if your computer is reasonably close?

I was wondering about this too... I have a desktop at the other end of the house which is where Steam is installed. My laptop is reasonable spec but I don't use Steam on it.

I am networked via CAT5 from my desktop to beside my TV, but this seems to require only a HDMI connection.... so I'm not entirely sure how this will be much use to me.

Or am I understanding this wrong?

Yea the only reason I am put off by this is because I cba running an HDMI half way across my house and I also cba having to build a second PC to sit next to my TV with a copy of my steam library on it.

Wonder if you could cloud game it?
