TLDR: Roots and snares DO NOT count on your resolve bar. Do not use your CC breaker on the first CC as people save their main CC for the second go. If your bar is white or falling down you cannot be mezzed/stunned, however you snared and rooted all day long. Use your shields etc before they first CC you to reduce dmg, then use CC breaker on second CC, then you won't be able to be CC'd again = GG. Just to note DO NOT USE CC ON SOMEONE WITH FULL WHITE BAR AS IT INCREASES THE DURATION OF RESOLVE MEANING THEY CANNOT BE CC'd FOR LONGER. Oh and never use your CC breaker on snares or roots unless you have to. Snares normally can be reapplied instantly by a lot of classes and it's a waste on roots unless necessary.
