Not new sorry, been around since at least Korean CBT2, it is the English PR portal that our Korean contact runs at XLGames. It is also the way that we (BOON) got access to the game nearly 3 years ago. Although it was updated in December last year to the version that is there atm, it has nothing to do with Trion and/or a western beta.
