    AoE effects, both offensive and defensive, have a limited number of affecting targets.
    For the buffs team mates have priority over out of the party targets.

    About competitive PvP they seem to be confused even among themselves.
    In this interview Izzy states that all modes will basically be variations of conquest while i remember Regina having to clarify things on guru stating the opposite when the community didnt take this bit of news not too well.

    And let's be honest, conquest is most of the times boring both to play and to spectate ;_;
    (unless you're playing Battlefield on a 32v32 map)

    I would be extremely surprised if they went with conquest as the only format, its probably the most universally disliked format imaginable and really doesn't have the scope for creativity that perhaps might come with an all-new format.

    Who knows, I have faith that ArenaNet will make the right call.

    i want pure TDM map :( no capturing points, no npc, no trebuchet. just who reach some points first. i can't be hard make that kind of map
