It is a combination of the following items:

Since + 5% Critical Damage is equal to +64 stat, you create a weapon with (6*40+64) = 304 stats instead of (90+64+64) = 218. An overall increase of 40% !

Here's how you make each pendant:

250 Crystalline Dust

250 Gold Ingots

250 Emerald, Ruby or Sapphire Orbs.

50 Mystic Coins

For the Triforge pendant you'll need all three + 50 Crystals, coming to a total material cost:

750 Crystalline Dust

750 Gold Ingots

250 Emerald Orbs

250 Ruby Orbs

250 Sapphire Orbs.

150 Mystic Coins

50 Cyrstals (30 Skill Points)

With current prices the cost is easily over 80 gold.

Hardly.. but I try to expand my GW2 knowledge as much as possible, allowing some interesting finds. This one got linked to me earlier and it explains some of the stuff I've found in the .dat file. Now I can finally connect the dots.

Good to know the next thing to build up to, now that the 403 dyes are out of the way. The Ruby Orbs are gonna be a pain in the 4$$ tho.
