My fear about steam is what happens when Steam quits or goes banktrupt? Will I lose all my games? I've been thinking about it since a few months.
Yes, but he is actually right, it's kinda silly one has to use a platform like Steam in order to play non steam (valve?) games. I just do it because I have to. And the fact that I might lose my games some day fears me!
You know nearly all steam games can be played in offline mode? Plus no doubt someone will patch steam to work if the impossible should happen. Plus don't most games work from the .exe in your steam folder?
Yes, yes and yes. Btw no one is forcing anyone to use Steam, I just think it is quite irrational to be scared of a program that helps you sort and store your games.
Spec Ops: The Line only £4.99 on Steam today! Bargin price for a brutal story (with very generic gameplay) Play it if you love fucked up stories and gruesome images of war, mashed with some CoD style run and gun plus GoW cover shooting.
I remember installing this program way back that did exactly that, it was called Microsoft Windows 3.1.1, we all saw how that turned out... THEY ARE TRYING TO CONTROL US! GAMERS RISE UP AGAINST THIS EVIL!
Fallout 3 & New Vegas Steam keys. £4.99 for the two! Seriously... WOW. Get that deal now if you don't own either of those games *edit* Bare in mind this is without the DLC, but tbh, it's still such a good deal and you don't need the DLC to enjoy the games, especially with the amount of mods out.
