As title, if you buy any of the Razor ME3 theme peripherals (which look as tacky as all their other "game themed" peripherals do) then you will get a code to unlock the collectors edition "Deadly Collector Assault Rifle". Whats more, if you already have a code to unlock this item on your account, you can use the Razor codes to further buff the item to make it stronger. Remember the thread talking about how modern video games are becoming far to easy to appeal to the masses ? So, I heard that the buffed rifle we gave you to make the game easier was not buffed enough, so here is some buffs for your buffs to make the game even easier.
why is this such an issue? I dont get it. are they forcing you to buy this or what?! you guys bitch and moan about everything
Do you not think that selling items which make the game easier is a bad thing?? Btw ME3 (at least the demo) is extremely easy. I played on Hardcore and didn't even struggle. And there is a Pod you have to save before the bar reaches zero. Now on hardcore I did it before it reached zero so don't know if you can fail, but on normal mode, if you let it reach zero you don't fail, it's just a pretend bar to make you think it is a race against time.... Yes I moan a lot about modern games, but it's because I'm really fed up with major releases being really disappointing for a PC gamer who likes a challenging and polished title.
Sauls fears confirmed. EA announce that a prothean plus said character mission is to be launch day DLC for $10 Yup..... TB sums up my issues and acceptance of types of DLC perfectly:
I posted in another thread so I will delete that one. Most disgusting thing Bioware have ever done and recently thats saying something.
Darnit... ME to me is Middle earth, thought there was a battle for middle earth 3 coming out, sad face now
Pretty pathetic tbh. Gotta agree with TB on the fact that this is over the top. I played ME1 & 2, you all know I am not a huge RPG fan, but shooty RPG's like ME and Fallout I can play happily because I can shoot stuff, but I will not be buying ME3 unless they change their stance on the launch day DLC. Even if they do change their mind on the launch day DLC, the amount of ingame items available from various sites for buying different versions or different ME3 stuff is kind of pathetic anyway, so I might just totally skip this game and just watch the lore videos on youtube. /sigh
You can see what's coming next. Buy FIFA 13 (ball not included). Buy ball pack dlc on day of release $10. Wow mists of pandaria. Pandas cost 20 quid extra. You halfway through a quest in swtor when a box appears saying "to finish this storyline please pay 15 euros." Cod4 released, multi player component a dlc extra. C&c game. Nod storyline a dlc on launch day. Tomb raider, Breasts dlc. I'm done....
