Hi guys. I'm new to KR Tera, just started leveling my char, level 12 at the moment. At any case, I am playing at Ellion and I was looking for english players to play with. Hey, I am currently not playing as I am playing the ArcheAge beta, but I think Stateofreality still plays, so he might be able to tell you who the big EU/NA guilds are.
Yeah so this reply is really late, but the currently the largest English guild is currently Liberation, they are a bunch of noobs but they are probably pretty good for people just starting the game. That is at least if you can stand their idiocy... I'm currently in I guess what is an "International" guild right now called Monster on my main character on Ellion. It is basically a guild made by Korean's given to English players I guess. Apparently the guild transferred to another server or something, it actually owned a zone and everything for a while, but now it doesn't sadly enough, so bye bye lords mount.. /cry I will miss you...ㅠㅠ
Yes that would be the right server, that is Ellion or 엘리온. The vast majority of the English community in TERA is on that server.

Yeah Ellion is the best realm to start on, the majority of English/foreigners are on that server. I'm not sure about any specific German guilds out there right now, I actually used to know one but I'm quite sure they merged with another English speaking guild. Your best bet would be to get into the guild Liberation, I know there are at least a few German's in it.
