Anyone played or heard anything about the game? Pcgamer had a article this month but after the da2 incident I don't really trust them. Getting a bit bored til portal2 comes out.

It was available for pre-order a while back on D2D for something stupid like £50 but you got beta access when you pre-ordered. I gave up following it as the more information they released, the shitter it seemed to sound. Shame as a sci-fi MMO would be a welcomed change to the fantasy setting.
Archeage is looking like a decent sandbox mmo but as usual, it will be out in korea probably a year before here, but you can build your own houses/castles/ships and stuff.

Since its Korean and they call it Sandbox..its probably more like a Sandbeach. Don't expect things filled as Fallout/TES. Looks good though but yea need more research
about earthrise, i heard (read) really bad reviews about it. I had hope that the game would be a Tabula Rasa done right, but apparently the launch was a big fat fail, since the client seemed really buggy, bad looking and not polished (from what i read). No idea how it looks now, so i can't tell if it's worth to try or not! But compared to Global Agenda, this one seems to be more MMOish.
Watched a few a few youtube videos about Earthrise and it seemed very buggy. Other players warping, enemies health bars not displaying correct health. also the first patch contains a lot of stuff we consider must haves for a mmo.
Xaunt was in the beta for this and I spoke to him about it and he said it was sooo incomplete and buggy it was unreal.
I would say it will be a Korean release and then worldwide 6months to a year later. My best guess anyway. Sent from my HTC Desire using Forum Runner
