    Resources are cards in your hand. Borders == anything with your armies in it is yours. It's actually not that complex, just takes a while because all players (7 is optimal) can move all of their armies every turn.

    Fun fact: The boardgame came before the computer game. Then there was a computer game. Then a (horrendous) boardgame was made based on the computer game. Can't capture that amount of complexity in a boardgame.
