    I imagine Wildstar to be a refuge for WoW players that are looking for something different, just like RIFT was(...is????), but will never come even close to being as big as WoW. Honestly I still have to see anything that sets this game apart from oversaturated market of classical MMORPGs.

    few months was probably a bit expectant, but yeah, if GW2 is first, wildstar can probably only be a side-game at best, when it looks like it should deserve more.

    yeah you can't compare WIldstar to Rift the quality is miles apart, there still isn't the info out yet to make real judgements yet on WIldstar tbh here hoping they come up with some nice end game and content to match a pretty damn slick game.

    Anyone else find the blue text on blue background of the Wildstar website makes your eyes sore really quickly when you try to read it ?

    I ended up copy pasting that article into textpad to read it.

    The bit about griefing I found quite funny tbh. I do enjoy griefing in my MMOs. Sorts out the men from the whiney kids who should have rolled on a PvE server. :p

    I love the style they're using. The characters, drawing and lore in general. If those guys were making a movie I'd be looking forward to seeing it.

    Yes, the cartoony looked amazing on some of the screenshots and on the CGI. Totally reminded me of the look in the UP movie.

    Does it annoy anyone else when companies make a show of "look at us! We listen to our fans, aren't we great"

    Companies should do this as a matter of course, not feel superior because many companies don't give a damn.

    Either way, very interesting and all, but it's still going to be a safe WoWesque mmo. Untill they say something which stands out from the crowd, WS will always be a pass for me.
